Drive belts are essential for keeping your vehicle's electrical alternator, engine cooling, and air-conditioning systems running.
Having them inspected periodically and replaced when necessary means you're less likely to experience a broken belt and the resulting vehicle breakdown.
Your cooling system is extremely important in the operation of your vehicle. The belts in your truck drive your water pump, circulating coolant throughout your engine. Always maintain the proper level of coolant in your automobile’s system, will prevent your truck from overheating and ruining your engine.
Always have your coolant levels checked when you have your oil changed. Your repair shop should inspect your engine belts for cracks or missing sections. Your truck’s radiator cap should be free of corrosion and leaks in order to protect your engine from getting to hot.
Tuning can include a wide variety of adjustments and modifications, such as the routine adjustment of the valves significant to engine life.
A turbocharger is made up of two main sections: the turbine and the compressor. The turbine consists of the turbine wheel (1) and the turbine housing (2). It is the job of the turbine housing to guide the exhaust gas (3) into the turbine wheel. The energy from the exhaust gas turns the turbine wheel, and the gas then exits the turbine housing through an exhaust outlet area (4).
The entire brake system is inspected for leaks, master cylinder corrosion, worn pneumatic parts, harmful varnish build-up, broken or rusted bleeder valves, worn rotors and drums and air in the brake lines. All old brake fluid is replaced with BG Heavy Duty DOT 3 or DOT 4 Brake Fluid. The result will be a longer-lasting, more efficient, safer braking system.
